I went here to get 3 piercings on each ear and the lady was very nice, patient and explained the after care. I just wish they were more clean and would help if they wipe and disinfect the piercing gun, pen, jewelry box, and mirror for every clients I just saw she disinfect the table and put cloves on. I would go back though it’s affordable and tell them if they can disinfect a bit more.

Friend got her second lobe pierced with Nicole and she took the time to explain and verify with my friend about where she would want the piercing placed and her opinion on what would be best depending on what my friend wears on her ears. The time and precision made her and I feel that we were in good hands. Thank you Nicole!!!

I came to.there Sherman Oaks location and the sales lady nor anyone that was an employee there ever stopped and asked if I needed help and the cashier was busy texting on her stupid phone I did buy something but Ill never shop at this place again
