I’ve purchased quite few brand watches in the past. By far this was the best experience I had when I got my two tone Yacht Master II from Roger a week ago. He made this long waiting excitement to come true. Thank you Roger for your help from getting the watch I was waiting for a while to the most detail oriented and top notch service. It’s been a pleasure working with you. I would definitely recommend him and Bhindi for your high end watch purchases.

Today, I got my holy grail of a watch! This was made possible courtesy of Annie Sarkees of Bhindi Jewelers - Glendale Galleria. My watch journey has been filled in by one of the most iconic watches in horology world. I am surprised beyond belief that a Rolex Sub 41 circa 2020 is a reality. Owning it meant so much to me. It was made a reality with Annie's help. And addition to my humble collection made possible by someone who offered to help make it a reality. It is not the highest ticketed item and certainly not the most flashy, but the significance of cultivating a good relationship in good faith renders its greatest achievement that one could afford a person---RESPECT. Annie is very professional, knowledgeable, soft-spoken and honest. She will tell you if it is possible. And she will also be upfront if it is not. Business is built on trust and trust I have for her. I am sure that anyone who will meet her in Bhindi Jewelers - Glendale will experience the same treatment she graciously afforded me with professionalism, honesty, respect mixed with some humor. Rene is by far the best person you could ever buy watches from. He works with you to get exactly what you want, he’s personable and most importantly he’s a true watch enthusiast at heart not just someone who sells watches. Over the past few years Rene has become much more than my watch dealer but my friend. I usually don't write reviews, but I went to Bhindi Jewelers last week with my boyfriend Kyle to look at some watches and was just impressed by the atmosphere of the store. Annie was extremely helpful and the sweetest sales associate. Annie was really patient with me and didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't completely fall in love with. Annie was very informative and suggested such great pieces, I will definitely be coming here again.

It took me over 5 years to find my dream watch. Even looking for it in Europe. I have come across many Rolex salesmen and all of them came up empty handed. The only one who ever came through for me, and within a month of meeting him, was Roger. He is by far the only salesman who actually followed through with his word. He is absolutely amazing. From the moment I met him, I really liked him. Not only due to his positive energy but he is truly a sincere man. He does not just tell you what you want to hear. He actually got me exactly what I wanted, and as soon as it came in, he called me right away. Roger, I cannot thank you enough. You are truly the best! You are forever my watch guy. Thanks again for everything.
