Go to home depot if you can. Everything is way overpriced. Its the only hardware on the hill but driving to home depot(10 to 15 min) is not that much of an inconvenience. Ive also had people following me around the store like i was trying to put something in my pants...staff can be very rude at this place...home depot also has a much better selection...here there is no guarantee you will fing what you are looking for.

Robert in hardware was a great help. The employees are generally very helpful and friendly here. It's a great store.

This place is not as large as home depot but they do have a good selection of items. What makes this store stand apart are the people. They're nice, helpful ,friendly and you can get someone to help you within a minute unlike the larger stores .

I’m new to town and realized there was a DIY Home Center near my home. So I decided to go visit with my partner. We are big into gardening and we were interested in what kind of gardening merchandise they had. I hate to mention this but we are both Latino. As soon as we walked in we right away noticed the gardening section and just as fast as we noticed the gardening section an older white lady seen us moved from her location and put herself were she can watch us. I came in without any type of bag, backpack, or purse. Empty handed. My partner had a tiny backpack. Small enough to fit her wallet. Nothing close to being the size of a normal backpack. So, we noticed what she was doing right away. As we moved along looking at plants we seen a small pot section and went to look. As we moved to the middle I heard and intercom call for the gardening section. We were the only ones there and it was obvious it was for us. We need pots for some of our plants as I turned around the older white lady was right there. This is only in a matter of maybe 2 or 3 minutes since we had walked in. So we went inside the store. Noticed a bigger pot section, the lady followed us. We moved again lady was right there. We finally decided we were going to leave cause we felt very uncomfortable and didn’t want to shop although we had seen things we wanted to purchase. As I proceeded to walk out she was behind me a few feet I turned around and told her she shouldn’t be following people and making them feel to uncomfortable to shop.nI felt discriminated. And that’s an ugly feeling. We don’t steal. We had just came from making purchases at Ross. We work to have money. Stealing doesn’t even cross our minds. And how the hell would we steal plants anyways? Where would we stuff them? LoL! We will not be returning to this location or even the company period. It’s unfortunate cause we actually liked some stuff and could’ve possibly been loyal customer since we do live so close.
