I totally understand her point of view.nSan Pa, we charged 4 extra hours for changes you requested for something on the model that was already built and approved by you. We only did what you requested for your dateline and you decided to give us a bad review after the facts. I am sorry you felt that way, Atomic Ant Models

Just an IMPORTANT ADVICE! DON'T TRUST him AND DON'T GET FOOL AT THE BEGINNING with the nice behavior and the price Alberto gives you. Everything will change and turn over on the last day, last minute, near your deadline!nI wanted this company to build me a building model and a site model. First was site model. I told Alberto if I am satisfied with site model, I would love to have my building model build by him as well.nHe was so nice at the beginning. First the quote he gave me for site model was so unreasonable ( over 4000 dollars for 3’*5’ site model, scale 1-32’=1” ). But since his behavior was nice, I just felt I prefer to work with him if he can match his price with the other price I got, he matched.nHe did a nice job on site model, so I trust him to do my building model. He gave me a rate and I accepted that rate.nIn building a building model, he had several mistakes. Each time he sent me the picture, I addressed him with the problems to be fixed. Although I didn't expect this much mistakes (Since we talked before, also me , my friend and family worked with other model makers before), I got along with it. The BIG SURPRISE !! AROSE on the last day!nHe didn't answer my call (although he answered me right a way before) , and when I told him, he responded me very rudely you are not the only client I have ! Your job is not done and I have 6 more clients ! If my job is not done yet, is because of you!! I don't care how many clients you have, I pay and I want to get what I paid for! Well, I pay thousands dollars for this, you don't do the job as a favor for me to give your self permission to discuss with me in a angry way about what I want to be fixed in my model !! you have to answer me more frequently when I still Don't have my model a day before my deadline ! I am your client and you need to do the complete job with no mistake, with the price you gave me and I accepted, when you get this much money !nNear the deadline, he keeps charging you crazy for the changes he has to do. He charged me for 4 hours, for the work that takes 1-2 hours. Not only this, he added and added to the amount. He explained the way that is not accurate. In a day, he charged me extra 355 dollar !! He changed his price 3 times today, each time adding to the amount. It is a day prior to my deadline, How can I say no and my work would leave incomplete?! Who can I find to complete his incomplete work?! Then he behaved so mad at me, keep charging me and behave so rudely!! What the hell?!! He behaved so angry that I told him why you behave like this at the last day ?! and guess what ?! he kept doing it, and discussing me about the things I needed to be fixed !nI prefer to work with someone that he would be honest with me from beginning, won't change his behavior at the last day, and won’t charging me this mych near my deadline. Charging me crazy when it is hard time and I have no other choice rather than accepting that, and give me a lot of stress when I have deadline and already I am under lot of pressure and stress. I have lots of friends and family in construction field. I WILL STRONGLY ADVICE THEM NOT TO WORK WITH HIM, although just 24 hours ago, I had exactly other opinion. I have the same advice for you if you like your money, and you don’t want extra pressure and stress near your deadline.
