I just got my baby's ears pierced, she is 2 months and 3 weeks. The entire experience was pleasant, clean and professional. Evelyn and the other store employee sang the baby a shark song and tried so hard to keep her calm. I was very impressed worth every penny. Thank you

Really disappointed...nI bought my daughter a JoJo Siwa rainbow sequin backpack 4 weeks a go, she is in Kindergarten the only thing that she carries is a plastic folder, yesterday at opening the front small pocket zipper broke, I called the store and is NOTHING they can do to help me.nBE AWARE THEIR POLICY ...THEY HELP YOU IF THE PRODUCT HAS NEVER BEEN WEAR...other than that you keep you broken product.nILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO BUY AT THIS STORE

Nice staff, got ear piercing last week. It’s not bad at all, sure it’s no luxury salon, but the staff is really nice and understanding.

Today Friday May 10, 2019 11:45 am, I went to this Claire's to try to fix a problem l was experiencing with their product! While l was trying to explain my dilemma, the associate Marla began arguing with me in front of the customers, l told her to stop arguing with me and wait on them, she refused and kept arguing with me! Finally, l told her l was going to contact corporate, and l left. As l was leaving she was talking about me to the customers!nI am a retired Big Box Store Manager, with 16 years at that level, having worked in retail 20 years! Your associates behavior was horrible and totally unacceptable!. Which l told her! I urge the Palmdale/Lancaster area of customers, do not shop here! I will be telling everyone l come in contact about this experience!
