I made my taxes with Maria, and even with my w2 from work and simple taxes my check was hold due to multiple errors on my taxes. Now I have to deal with the irs because she made several mistakes. Unprofessional, and lack of communication by her side. Will not come here again. BEWARE if you don’t want to have to deal with the IRS then go to another place. She even did not had the courtesy to return the money I pay for having so terrible service, she won’t answer the phone or have the courtesy to call back. Make yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I sent a box to Mexico in October 2017 and until now March 2018 has not reached its destination. I definitely don't recommend them. Find a more responsible agency with shipments that are so difficult for us to send to our relatives. Terrible service!!! I am enraged !!! : /
