This office sucks !! I arrives with a u -visa that i had already been approved with another office .her job was to file for my residendence (adjustment of status) and inclueded my U _ visa package. THEN JUST SENT IT TO VERMOT WHERE THEY APPROVE FOR YOUR RESIDENCE. Because this office filed my. (Adjustment of status ) when U visa had already been expired my pacage was denied this is comoletely neglecince from the office . If she would of been more professional she could bave filed a motion to reopen the case and ask for a u bisa extention so that ma package would arrive late but she disnt instead she is chargeing my for the whole prosess . I have to wait 1 year to get a u visa approval which i already had and then another 4 years to do a adjustment of stutus . This is is so unfair . She never let us know anthing !! I have to make a immgration appointment and that whrn i was told my case was closed 2 years ago and thoes 300 dolores i gave her to file for my u. Visa were also point lesss because when i went to immigration office they told me they had no recored of antbing been filed all they had was the case that was closed 2 years ago .. my advice to everyone seeking help in this office dont !! They are. Not efficent then never calll and let people knoe what is exactly going on . Like me i walked just to find out she had messed up my intire package

They are very late I called and they told me they would be at 10 and at the door is the same time I arrived at 10 and waited for more than 20 minutes and they never appeared
