They are a ripe off stay away from this place buy your tickets online my father missed his flight they didn't want to help him we ended up calling the volaris airline to find out if they can help from the 430 dollars he paid his only getting back 170 the company pockets the rest of the money beware people out there

Very bad service after stilling $200 out of my account the person in customer service insulted me. No responsibilities of money lost. Very dishonest people. Stole $200 dlrs out of account with out authorization
