I had taken my rope chain to get it a little longer on October 2019 and until last night (January 29, 2020), I noticed that the added piece was not the same. The added piece was a little thinner. So I decided to call, and the lady that answered me did not know what to say so she decided to act like if she was helping others by saying that there’s people she needs to help. Right after she said that, she clicked on me. What that lady did was so unprofessional.

i put a necklace 2 months ago on layaway for a quince that this this saturday and i show up and they do not have it and they said they sent it back because it broke and won't have it until another 2 weeks which the quince would be over by then, if i put something on layaway why are they touching my order. Not only did it happen to me but a family friend put her daughters earrings on layaway and they show up and find them lost i guess. Point is do not buy from them ! when you put stuff on layaway they sell them to other costumers and when you go to pick them up they make excuses! did not like this at all .
