I have been going to Alex Jewelers for 7 years as of today May 2020...It is a great little jewelry store!! I have purchased many items over the years: rings, chains, & gold bracelets. You name it... All custom made! ( 5 stars from me)! ud83dude42

The owner is very rude. I have been a customer for over 10 years but it's over with this place. Brought in a gold bracelet with a broken band and all he wanted to do was melt down the gold, not fix the band for me. He quoted a price he would give me to melt down the bracelet. Obviously did not want to fix or replace the band. What an A_s H___e!

Had ring redesigned. I wasn’t sure what I wanted or what was possible. I just had a ring with multiple stones in the center of the ring and a separate diamond solitaire. I had estimates from three other jewelers in Downey for $400 to $600. This jeweler completed the work for a third of the price and returned to me a ring that is stunning. I get many compliments on the ring. That we as 2 years ago and I’ve had no issues with the ring. Expertly done. Best jeweler ever!
