My niece & i went there on Monday to get our 2nd ear pierced. Manuel helped us out and he went above and beyond to help us out. He showed us all the earring options before we finally decided which ones we wanted. He was very courteous & made us feel right at home. He also was a professional ear piercer, I only felt a little pinch & he was done! Horrible! They say they close at 7 but I showed up at 6 & they refused to open the door and completely ignored me. When I called to check their business hours, she said they were closed although it was not 7. When I asked for a managers name, she said they didn’t have a manager. I will take my business elsewhere. If I could give them a 0, I would. No wonder this store is always lonely.
Took my daughter to get her earrings pierced and I regret it the lady doing the piercings Mart the ears correct but when it came to do in the actual person my daughter has a piercing higher than the other super on even
