I was in town for business and very much needed the clasp on my watch to be repaired. It was so loose my watch almost wouldn't even stay on my wrist. I called Jimmy and he said to bring it in. He fixed it in about 2 minutes (while I waited) and didn't even charge me. Thank you!! Fabulous service!!!!!!
