Dear friends ..i have to share with you this diamond in the Southbay..never imagined how special this place is till my good friend Richard leach brought me here..i love it..its magical .the people here are very nice a real homey feeling ..close to all shops and Beach..its great a senior community..take a look if you need to move ..i really think you'd love it as much as we do..

They don't have any amenities for tenants. The monthly space rental fees are, however, very cheap.nRentals for people aged 45 and up. Anyone younger cannot reside there. Tenants are mostly friendly and very neighborly. From what I've been told, management is rude, especially towards visitors who park along the wall in the designated guest parking area, which isn't exactly what most consider adequate guest parking. There are many nicer mobile parks in surrounding areas, but none with lower month to month fees. Cresta is about a mile away from the beach. Close to shops and grocery store. There are many nearby conveniences for those who live there.

Management not very friendly rude actually and before she even knows who you are she prejudices people I could have bought that place and her job too.lost a great buyer..

The manager is a bully.nPicking on the elderly.nIssuing illegal rent increases in a low income housing park....
