Lights underneath freeway don't all work. Can become a safety issue

It seems like a safe place, but the lighting of the station should be sync according to the season , I was there around 5:40 pm and it was really dark up on the boarding platform , not lights, you don't even see the faces of who is around you, somebody can hurt you and you won't even see who it was.

OMG waiting on Fwy for train can be nerve wracking. You're protected by barriers but the sound of the Fwy is scary. Not NASCAR at all.
