First timeI pawned my jewelry and when I went to pick up my jewelry I had to pay in cash, I live in Akron Ohio I told the gentleman I had to run all the way back to Akron Ohio to get my paperwork for my banking arrived back at Seymour Jewelers at 5:04 and was not let in even though two workers were there still working. Obviously customer service means nothing

Best Jewelry in the South Bay!! The owner, Scott is the most respectable coolest guy I've met. The other employees have such fine taste in jewelry and are very kind to anyone who walks in. The hospitality along with the selection of jewelry and watches makes this place a 10/10 :)

I have known Scott for over a decade he is upfront and honest. My family and I have used him on many occasions. I check with him for all things jewelry for my gift recipients both young and old. I can recommend him without reservations.
