The team here is dedicated, committed, and really understand the principle of putting their customers first! They are committed to making sure their customers are happy and satisfied with the product. I had trouble with my engagement ring after it was resized by them (though the ring was made elsewhere). Afterward we found some cracking in the band due to the softness/porosity of 18K rose gold. Regardless of who was at fault, Blue Diamond went above and beyond to fix everything, including even adding gold filling to fix the pores plus tightening the prongs on the diamond. I know it cost them significant money and labor to do this but they did not charge me anything extra. I would HIGHLY recommend working with them for their expertise and commitment to you. I have never reviewed anything in my life, but I felt as though I MUST give Altaf and the Blue Diamond Staff (Cali and Debbie) 5 stars! What an amazing experience start to finish (although there is never a finish with Altaf as you you will have a forever relationship). I brought Altaf an antique diamond, my grandmother and greatgrandmother’s from 1916, he cherished my story, brought it to life and more! I am forever grateful for the relationship with them, my perfect ring and experience! Thank you so much! Please use them, you won’t be disappointed!
Walked in to get my finger sized for a wedding band. They were very kind. Spoke with a lady that told me I can design my own ring with them at a price that I could not find online, and for better quality work. She was right. The price was unbeatable for a newly designed piece. I got the exact ring I wanted. I’m very happy with my ring. Excellent customer service. They will work with your budget.
I had a great experience at Blue Diamond Jeweler. I came into the store to have a link in my chain soldered and the store was able to have this completed within a few days. The price is very fair. Debbie helped me and was very friendly and easy to talk to. She cleaned the rings I was wearing at the time for free and also gave me a $100 giftcard! Thank you!
I had some amber jewelry that needed resizing and repair. I called Blue Diamond Jeweler and spoke with Debbie. She was helpful and inviting from the start. Debbie answered all of my questions and invited me to come by the store to receive further help. When I arrived she was warm and genuine as well as fully knowledgeable regarding my jewelry. She even offered to clean the necklace that I was wearing and gave me some helpful tips for home care. I’d highly recommend choosing this jeweler for their exceptional service.
