I have been working with Chris at Chippers for several months after a friend had recommended them. I know this is a family business. I found all of them to be reliable educated and totally customer service oriented. Chris worked with me to design a one of a kind piece of jewelry and I have a couple more ideas for the near future. He has wonderful ideas and I was very impressed with the process. They are knowledgeable, meticulous in their documentation And appraisals. They have some truly beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry. Chris kept me updated all the way thru the shutdown and am excited about doing more business with them. We have finished with the next project. Chris continues to provide excellent customer service.

Our experience was amazing. We went engagement ring shopping at a few places and found some things we loved. We found Chippers and decided to check it out. We were so impressed with the customer service of all staff and they went out of our way to show us some amazing diamonds that were very impressive and beautiful. It felt like we had known the staff for years because they were so nice and down to earth. We didn’t buy our first time in the store but they left a impression that brought us back to officially buy my fiancé’s engagement ring. The ring is beautiful and we will be back to buy wedding rings and other jewelry.

I am a longtime and loyal customer of chippers. My wife looks like a princess wearing all her jewelry and custom pieces. If you have not visited this awesome establishment with down home family values, it is now time. They have or can promptly get anything your heart desires. They will work together with you to create a masterpiece!! I love chippers and you will too. Life is to short to sell yourself short. Come in and see and get a free treasure for your children. I’ve been going to Chipper’s for years for everything jewelry related! I love their dedication to customer service!!nnMy wife really loves the estate section. I remember years ago we would come into the smaller store front they used to have, and ask to see some estate jewelry. They would bring out tray after tray from their safes to show us. They never once complained even though I’m sure we are “high maintenance!” They would happily show us each tray. Now they remember my wife’s style and make suggestions! They probably see tons of customers but it is refreshing that they remember her style and always have a big smile for everyone that comes through the door!nnNow with masks being mandatory you can’t really see them smiling I can tell in their voices!nnYou can’t do better than supporting a local small business full of great people willing to help!

I absolutely love this company! They are honest, and have amazing customer service. They are family run, and they make you feel like family when you come in. They take the time to show you around, answer questions and explain anything you’re curious about. Highly, highly recommend!
