Alot of products to choose from. Friendly and attentive staff.
This is one very friendly place to shop. We went in looking for a carpet cement. The associate that helped us, sorry I forget your name, went out of her way to assist us and to insure we walked out with a good product. The price was VERY reasonable.
We asked for a quote, but when we asked questions, some of them were vaguely answered, and other questions where not answered at all. In the end, they never followed up with us. Needless to say, we took our business somewhere else.

I had an antithetical experience compared to the previous review. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They had an enormous selection and were exceptionally knowledgeable and understanding in assisting my wife and I make our selection of flooring and counters. The installers were very professional and punctual. We were very pleased with our experience.
