Plaza Ciudana

I’ve tried calling multiple times throughout this week to potentially become a tenant here and management never answers. The one time someone did happen to answer they were very rude and unprofessional. Don’t rent here, I’m sure they’ll never answer if there are any issues within the apartment itself. I don’t recommend speaking to the manager either. She won’t bother to answer.

Was about to call and read the reviews. Might consider getting new management since it is pushing potential tenants away.

Very nice apartments. I was thinking of moving here but then I found out they charge foe everything from weeds to a light bulb. I have never lived in a apartment where they do that. Too exspensive for my taste. I'll just continue visiting my friend who lives there.

STAY AWAY! The property manager Maria Banda is extremely spiteful and conniving. The property itself is beautiful but if you live here SHE WILL SCREW YOU! Be warned.
