Dear Singh, the operator of this store. I came in today to simply support a local business and grab a small burger and drink. I asked if I could use the restroom so that I could wash my hands. I was pleasant and polite. You lied to me and told me that the health department mandated you close restrooms. This isn’t true. In fact i contacted the health department and let them know.nnIf you are willing to lie about something so trivial, and have overpriced gas compared to your other stores nearby, then I guess this explains why your fuel pumps are empty and no one but the homeless guys are sitting by your door.nnOptions could have been purel, a wipe, several other ideas. You chose to be a rude person and somehow think this type of argument will win you more business. Hopefully this message will illustrate that you need to consider learning customer service skills that are required to operate a business in a kind and open society.nnOther than that.
