I bought a Citizen watch had it 1 month the glass on the face broke brought it to the store they sent it off to see about getting it fixed. They told me they could not fix it 3months after having it. I RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WILL FIX THE PRODUCT THAT THEY SELL.
Very upset at this establishment. I bought a ring set and they tried to make me pay and extra $200 to resize it even though I bought the “warranty” which include “free resizing”.nI called multiple places to confirm that when you buy rings, the resizing of the ring comes free. Manager and employees are rude, I do not recommend going here for any jewelry needs.
