Amazing service! Tom went above and beyond to get me a ring that I wanted and he even double checked my ring size and got me the perfect fit! It took a day to get my ring and I'm a size 12.5. I went to 5 different ring place out of town and they were telling me 2 weeks. Adam's is definitely the Go-To place. I will be back!

If you want him to design a ring by your specifications, you have to pay in advance, and after weeks and weeks of giving you pictures of rings out of a catalog that don't look anything like your design, obviously he's not able to make the ring of your design, You tell him to keep 10% of your money and cancel the order, he says no I will keep 90% and give you 10% of your money back. I was shocked. What kind of a crook is this guy? So I was coerced into ordering a ring that I didn't like and didn't want. He wouldn't even give me the appraisal that went with it. What do you think? Should I take him to court? This is a negative 1000 review!!!!!

I had such a great experience at Adams' Jewelers when I was purchasing a watch for my husband. I wasn't sure what he would like and the staff at Adams' Jewelers were so patient and helpful. They showed me a number of watches and told me about all the features of each. I was really impressed with their customer service and ended up buying a watch. The hubby loved it!!!!
