have used Jenni’s agency on several occasions. Of all of the travel agents I have used over the years, she is far and away the best. She has travelled extensively and is able to give first hand information on destinations. Jenni knows a lot of the inside info that most travelers are unaware of, and will make suggestions to enhance the visit. I trust her opinions. She has always gone out of her way to help us. Recently, I purchased travel insurance through a company I found on the internet for a cruise booked by Jenni. 8 months later the cruise was cancelled due to COVID. I requested a refund from the agency, only to have them request a copious amount of documentation. Even though I did not buy the travel insurance through Jenni, she worked very hard to provide me with what was needed. Now that is excellent customer service! Throughout all of the trips arranged by Jenni, she has consistently come through for us. She is very quick to respond to communications through either phone calls or emails. Even though she is local to me, I would continue to use Travel by Jenni if I were to move from the area. Through her knowledge of the industry and destinations throughout the world, her attention to detail, and excellent customer service, Jenni has earned us as loyal customers.

Jenni is the best ..went far and beyond ..when are trip to bali was canceled do to covid...she scrambled to re route us to a new destination on extremely short notice..when we decide to extend are stay again ..Jenni came threw....Her expertise n most welcome suggestions were of great help..I would allways go threw Jenni..a client for life..Jenni your assume!

Travel by Jenni is one of the best travel agencies to use in order to have the best trips and vacations. I’ve used her for flights across the mainland and to book a few four/five star hotels. I went on a Mexican Riviera cruise a few years ago and was amazed at how efficient everything smoothly went during the trip. I recommend Travel by Jenni for anyone who wishes to have a fantastic traveling experience.
