THANK YOU TREVOR! My first call wasn't seen by dispatch, however the woman I talked to on the phone was very kind to me and sent out the next available person for me, which was my lovely Trevor. He turned my terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day into just a normal day with a hiccup. He called me to let me know he was on his way, which was very thoughtful, and arrived promptly. He had a smile on his face and got the job done quickly. Love AAA and their staff!

The on the road assistance is helpful...however, I went into their facility to get an insurance quote to compare with others. Unfortunately, the prices were too high, so I thanked the agent and left. 2 days later. I started getting spam calls on my cell phone from insurance services, wanting to sell me insurance plans from "the top companies in the business". AAA clearly immediately SOLD my phone number (I don't give out my private cell phone number to too many people. Given that fact, plus the information that the spam callers knew about me, I can guarantee it had been sold to them by AAA). If you want an insurance from them, be very careful and of what private information that you give them. Tell them you won't give out your private phone number unless they give you the best quote for what you need. Otherwise, you'll start getting spam phone calls.

The customer service is terrbile . I called for my friend because his battery was died . They give me the freaking runaround . Oh do you want this package . What would you guys do if somebody was in suffering help . No you guys suck . They told me it would be $75 just to jump a car . Are you freaking kidding me . He needed ASAP or he would have been late to work . My parents and I had to jump his car after he got off work because you guys gave the runaround . They said Oh it would be 2 hours for somebody to get there . Really I thought you guys were a lot better than this . If it was a emergency I don't believe you would have done a damn thing . I was like No way . I shouldn't be charged just to jump somebody car . All you guys do is give the freaking runaround all the time . If somebody needs help , No you don't change money or say okay it's $75 to jump the car . I was like Are you kidding me . Somebody was rude to me on the phone . I was like what is the quickest you'll have somebody out . Oh 2 hours . I was like You gotta be kidding me. because you guys he had to call another friends to take him to work or he would have lost his job .
