-1 star. Called at 9:30 this morning. The lady who answered the phone interrupted me to tell me she was on another call and could she call me back in 5 minutes. I agreed, she verified my number and we hung up.nIt's now 5:55 p.m. and I'm still waiting for her call. Not really. Uniglobe obviously has so much business, they don't need mine.

My husband and I used Uniglobe last year to put together a 3 week trip traveling through 6 countries with a cruise in the last week. Sara, our agent did an extremely good job for us. She was engaged with my excitement to travel abroad for the first time and she had great suggestions that I would never had thought of. One of the highlights of our trip was a private tour she booked for us rather than using a ship tour. It was worth every penny we spent. Her knowledge and expertise of each one of the countries guided us towards the things that interested us most. The hours that Sara spent making sure this was a trip of a lifetime was worth her weight in gold to us. We would highly recommend Uniglobe and Sara for your traveling needs!
