The place is part of the housing authority. The same as Green Gardens. They have put 3 million into Green Garden. Us back here are part of KLP. We have a full kitchen, huge bathroom and really big bedroom. I love the place. All the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. We have a lot of perks too. I had to wait on a list to get in here. A year to be exact before I was able to move in. I'll probably die here since the rent is so reasonable.
