Stayed for 2 years. With Storz mgmt Co., rent increases the max each year and they don't keep their promises. Frequent front office changes and crime is rampant!although they promised to add security in 2016,most neighbors are good people who can't afford anything else.

Nice clean park . Good management and maintenance crew. Nice quiet place to live.

Expect stolen property, constant rent raises whenever possible, and 0 follow up on any of these issues.nSide note this park is a hobo shortcut so we get vagrants constantly.nPlus side note is the grounds keepers are good at there jobs and very friendly.

Nice place for older people to live in!

Is cool to live in this places. BUT watch out with the bikes night thief. Dont let you staff outside.
