Amazing customer service and care.nI called and had question about my Citizens Eco Drive watch and about removing a link and they were very helpful over the phone game invited me in even though I purchase the watch elsewhere. When I went in, and yes you can find them on the 5th floor like the catchy commercials, I was greeted by friendly Carl and he took great care of me and had me in and out quickly. Great experience and I know they definitely earned my business here for future purchases
