Horrible customer service by sales associate WENDY!!!nShe was very determined to make a sale even though i told her i was not ready to buy, which i found very uncomfortable. She seemed under tremendous pressure to sale what was in the store, not what the customer wanted. I can handle pushy saleswoman if the quality and value are there, but that isnt the case at Don Robertos in the Valley Mall Location.
Today I was going to go into the store with my mom to look at jewelry for an event but was stopped in my tracks when I overheard, who I could only place as the manager, raising his voice at his employees in anger. I immediately felt unwelcome and uncomfortable but, I could only imagine how the workers felt. Correcting them by raising his voice is not professional at all and I hope this doesn’t happen often. I probably won’t be back for a while and hope management changes or improves soon.
Do not buy anything on credit at Don Robertos from Sales Associate Wendy.nOn 06/12/2020 i was attended by Wendy and was very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional.nIt took her an hour to attend me.
Wendy and the entire staff provided excellent service on both of my visits. Shopping at and buying from Don Roberto's was a great experience. I went in right before and right after Christmas and they remembered exactly who I was, who had helped me, and even what register my transaction was completed on. They took the time to listen and address my needs, and were very helpful. I will be sure to return in the future.
Me and my girlfriend's anniversary was coming up and I had no idea what kind of jewelry she would like. I started to describe my girlfriends interest to Wendy, one of the employees, and she helped me find the perfect necklace. It was almost like she knew my girlfriend. No doubt I will look for Wendy when I return for more jewelry.
