The lady that was there yesterday was rude and has poor customer service . We walked in and she did not acknowledge us (we were behind her for like 3 minutes) She did not greet us nor ask if we needed assistance whatsoever. I’ll give this a three star rating because the kind older fella that was there helped me with my needs. There’s a good selection in jewelry I’ll tell you that. BUT That lady needs to get it together and make ALL customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Otherwise you loose customers. Thank you

I am starting to lose my faith in Daniels we have purchased greater than 15 pieces of jewelry from them and have had great service until recently. They had changed the settings in one of my rings after 3 months I noticed one of the prongs was lifting on one of the smaller diamonds I took it back and had to pay an additional $35 because it was past their “limited warranty” period. I took it back again in May to have the same prong repaired picked it up May 31 within a month the same prong is lifted AGAIN took it back to the same store and they’re charging me another $35 I asked why do they keep having to repair the same prong and was told they would take $5 off the charge like seriously!!!! I have a desk job and shouldn’t be having this issue guess it’s time to find another jewelry stores

love this place. I always find something I want. also they will have buy 1 get 1 for a penny which is a great time to make a large purchase.
