Honestly my initial experience was not the best but Janelle was def able to save the day when I got her the 3rd time I visited the store. She is super easy to work with and has great customer service. I would def recommend working with her if you want a great experience every time.

Went to look for a birthday present. Was helped by a woman and then when she needed questions answered she brought in an older man. She was pleasant and helpful, he was short and seemed like I was wasting his time, which was funny since the store was empty. I found an imperfection in the ring to which with his jeweler's loupe or magnifying camera, he couldn't find. Maybe he didn't want to admit it but it was plain as day to me. Instead he suggested I drive back to where I came from 2 + hours away to see their selection. If you don't have a whole lot of customers you'd think the service would be better. They actually had a larger selection than the other stores in the mall but this guy's attitude made me not want to come back.
