Bought earrings and they bent out of shape the first time I put them in. Poor quality for a high price and I'm not able to return them unless I had an allergic reaction. They only allow exchanges and I dont want a different item for the same quality.

We visited the store three times because they had an amazing sale going on. And the cashier noticed us and recognized as two from the previous visit and she was very helpful and nice. Their customer service is great.

I went to icing about 2weeks ago. Valerie has the best attitude and customer service. She did my 1st cartilage piercing and was very quick. I went back a week later and Michelle was working. Michelle was also very friendly. Seems like the team at icing is pretty great at customer service. Will be back soon.
