Lifetime warranty! If I have any problems they take care of it! My husband and I are very pleased with our purchases and the care we receive. They are always polite and kind here. I love my wedding ring and engagement ring. I will definitely be buying more jewelry from Kay's!!!

My partner and I were so happy to have gotten help from the Assistant manager, Marcie. She is always beyond helpful and positive energetic. I was so happy to have been serviced by her. She took care of us with my promise ring, the diamond fell out and well long story short, the fee we were going to have to pay was completely taken care of because of someone’s mistake and it wasn’t because she took care of us with a reasonable fee; it was because of how she talked to us, how patient and understanding she was with both of us. Marcie, is the perfect person to go to for anything! She is so pleasant to talk to as well (:
