Almost always has what I'm looking for.

I needed to replace my old and dirty living room carpet but wasn’t sure which flooring would best fit my lifestyle and two very active puppies. I checked out Home Depot selections and was able to pick out the vinyl flooring and the materials needed. No more fuzzy carpet! This store is well stocked and products are clearly labeled.

Spent nearly three months attempting to order stone ledger panels from Home Depot. The first order was incomplete and after nearly a month of waiting, I was eventually told this item was discontinued and I would never receive a completed order. The second order is was asked to buy an additional 125% because it was more convenient to sell that way, and that I would not be allowed to return any unused merchandise (despite being told to order over $175 worth of unnecessary product). I called to file a complaint with the customer service line. That customer service line initially offered me a 100 dollar voucher, which was not even the value of the additional material I was being told I had to buy. Eventually I was transfered to a second person who told me there was no problem here, stores must remain profitable and that I had the opportunity to mark up and resale my additional tile on my own time if I wanted to recover the cost.nnEvery person from the store manager, to corporate to the person who wanted me to buy from Home Depot and try to resell their product on my own time all wanted this conversation to focus on the inconvenience that was being out on the store. Never could I get anyone to acknowledge that their screwing up multiple orders and providing conflicting information about return policies had left me with 3 months of back and forth on incomplete orders. I can't recommend this place to anyone. They simply don't see any value in their customers and lack all integrity when addressing their own mistakes.
