At least they wear masks now.
Always friendly staff. I am sticking with Lowe's with how easy it was to navigate compared to Home Depot during the COVID rush period of time. They are really great about returns as well. It is helpful to use the app when looking for items before going. Quite handy to write down exactly where you need to find what you are looking for prior to arrival.

Had N95 face masks. Not medical grade because the hospitals need the besr.
Well organized selection of products. Went to purchase a hood and a microwave. Customer service experience was adequate; nothing exceptional. I would give it more stars except that the microwave in the box is dented and chipped. Not good for a GE product. It is such an inconvenience that I have to return the product to the store and hopefully get a good exchange.
