Spoke w/ a gal named Maritza. I am a nurse that is travelling to fight COVID-19 on the east coast. I needed documentation and was told it could take up to two weeks to get it to me. Once I explained that I needed these documents to continue my efforts out here I was helped almost immediately. Situations like this make me proud to have come from this county. Thank you, Maritza and The Kern Superior Court.

It's funny how the other party didn't file the minute order for visitation a YEAR ago and now there is NOTHING I can do besides wait 2-3 weeks to see my children. These people are NOT busy and it takes an act of God to get help.

The Law Library never answers the phone. Very unprofessional and uncommitted. And there’s only one working elevator. The second elevator has been out of service since God only knows how long. The ladies up on the 3rd floor in the Law Library are helpful but honestly they can put a little more effort into helping people with documents.

They now require you to wear a mask to go in,so I got denied entry,I got a mask went into court only to see like 5 lawyer with out masks.UNFAIR
