Horrible customer service from the lady in the civil department. She acted like I was supposed to know exactly what to do in order to get an official file. If I knew I wouldn’t have to call. Unfortunately, something that would’ve taken 5 minutes couldn’t be done in person because of COVID-19. Might as well not even be open!
A Courts a Court. But this Early 1900's classic is better than most and a great architectural masterpiece. The courts are pleasant and the court staff are hometown courteous. Check out the historical photographs throughout the building. Fascinating.
The superior court has a well trained staff. Not the best looking court, but it’s definitely a good place. It also has professional security that are well welcoming with any question to help.
The Courthouse at the Valley Plaza is a joke. The whole time this lady in front of me was on her phone and the deputy leon didn’t do anything about it. Then the same lady tries serving me papers while in court and the deputy does nothing about it. Obviously the lady should have been asked to leave for contempt for being on her phone and secondly for trying to serve me papers while court is in session. The deputy here is a joke. Ridiculous.
Shouldn’t place people on hold for multiple hours,not even located in imperial valley. Making me late for a payment.
