I ordered a cub sandwich with a side of salad and ranch little barely any salad We’re at the wings were pretty good and the clubhouse is good as well the only problem I had with delivery it was 20 minutes late And there’s barely any salad with my club sandwich

Last week I ordered a pizza for delivery. They told me it would be 45 mins. Over 2 hrs later i called and I was told they got busy and the delivery guy had left 10 min earlier. No one called me to tell me it was gonna b that long. When the pizza showed up as i was on the phone with them i was told by the manager on duty that they were going to put a free pizza on my address for the next time i called. So i called today for the free pizza and was told that they send out a pass in the mail for that not put it in the computer as she told me and i am not on the list that got a pass sent out. So basically i was screwed over twice. The 1st time when i didnt eat dinner as it got here 20 mins b4 i had to leave for work after waiting over 2 hrs and this time by them denying me my compensation for their mistake..... i will never order from here again. Poor customer service.

Usually have great experiences here but tonight was very much different. We placed our order online at 5:08 PM, estimated time of delivery was 5:35 PM. After an hour of it not being delivered on the estimated delivery time I called in to make sure it was still on its way and they said that it was out for delivery and that we would get it in a few minutes. Over the phone I was very respectful just trying to make sure my order is on its way but I never got an apology whatsoever. I called a second time when it hit 7:04 PM to check if our food was on its way and the employee just said “it’s out for delivery” (like the previous call) which means I had been lied to the first time. I would have completely understood if they could have been honest the first time and just told me they had forgotten or lost the order or just been super busy. I’m not mad just disappointed in being lied to when I would have completely understood the truth. Good customer service doesn’t mean saying your order is out for delivery already when the receipt was printed at 6:47 so it clearly wasn’t already out for delivery.nUpdate!!!! They gave us a free meal for their mess up, and super quick delivery! Thank you Orland round table!

WELL THE PIZZA IS VERY GOOD.. THE PAST 5 VISITS HAVE MISTAKE AFTER MISTAKE.. ITS GONNA B A WHILE BEFORE WE EAT THERE AGAIN.. TO TO THE POOR SERVICE & WORKERS BEHAVIOR.
