My home was treated by Terminix this week, the tech named Tony was absolutely amazing. He did such a complete and thorough job and the way he explained everything was so helpful. Truly cares about the client and their property. I was educated on bugs that day, one might say. Made me feel safe regarding my children and pets as well. All around GREAT guy and awesome experience.

Terry was phenomenal!!!! He called the day before, on time, and listened to our pest concerns. What was admirable about him is the working knowledge he had for our area and what pests are in season and which ones we will further encounter with the change of seasons. He took his time and explained in full detail of what pests we saw and the effects, what he noticed and has experienced, and that alone made us feel less stressed. Since the spraying, we have seen less pests and very thankful for his time! You don’t get customer service like he gave anymore. One true dedicated man and value to the company!

Terminex is the way to go to keep the bugs OUT! Have had my tech Chris for 3 years and you wouldn’t know that we HAD a problem with outside roaches and spiders since terminex no problems. I see dead bugs now and very seldom live ones. Very comforting for Us. Thanks!

Fast setup and service. Called on a Thursday and they wanted to set me up for service Friday morning. Technician was friendly and informative. Came home after the three hours to dead pests. Immediately saw results. It’s been about 3 days since my first service and I’m still finding new dead pests daily. Would definitely recommend.

I had terminix spray my home and it was pricey, I still saw ants in areas that I was hoping would be clear in my home. The worst part is how hard it is to get ahold of a customer service representative. I requested a call back and I didn't receive a call or even voicemail from anyone at terminix. I've been on hold for an hour, since it seems that representatives don't call back. . So much for being available for 24 hours if you're always flooded with calls and there is always a wait time. I paid over $150++. Very pricey and terrible communication with ants still...
