I’ve been there many times to fix a collection of watches and also to purchase silver. They got good prices and the owner even took time to educate me on silver medals. They make me feel welcome all the time.

Poor and rude customer service! We went in and told them I wanted to customize a pendant like one I’d seen in a picture online because they had previously said if we brought in a picture they could mirror the design. The lady began helping us and started showing me pendants they had at the store similar to it. I kindly reminded her I wanted to create one like they had offered before (this was our 2nd visit). She saw I had the picture ready to show and said, “If you found that picture online, you might as well find where to order it online.” She didn’t even let me tell her I wanted to change things about the design before she stopped helping us. We were glad not to spend our money here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Took engagement ring for my wife to be fixed, called them out of curiosity for a question owner got offended and refused the repair i went to a location in Selma at Prietos Jewelry better service.
