Linda is a true gem! So helpful and friendly! In the end, we went with other travel arrangements. But Linda still Gabe me valuable help in order to ensure that we got all our needs met. Linda like to make travel process sound really good and simple at first. Then fail to deliver with huge mistakes such as: she only booked one of our hotel for 3 nights when we paid in advance for 5 nights. The transfers she arranged were very hard to connect with extremely short time frame(minutes) from train to buses. She also choose airport that was further away and was less convenient. She over charge us and if we do not agree with paying her, she just threatened to cancel the paid trip. She is very unpredictable and often miss scheduled appointments.
Had fun...well worth the price.
