I am a Travel Agent with a home based business and Pro Travel is my Host Agency. I have been with Pro Travel for over 2 years and they are horrible about paying me my commissions. Jessica Henderson is the owner of Pro Travel and her lack of accountability for her business is horrible. I am currently fighting to get over $2,000 that the vendors (Carnival Lines, Celebrity Cruise lines, etc) have already paid them that they are not releasing to me. I am entitled to 70% and Pro Travel is entitled to 30%. There procedure/ guidelines states that your commissions supposed to be paid out 4 to 8 weeks after your clients travel but Pro Travel has fail to follow their own procedures. If anyone is interested in the Travel Business I recommend not to use Pro Travel as your Host Agency.
Corina is the best customer service representative. I'm a new agent and she made me feel very comfortable. Will make sure to ask for her every time. SUPER JOB!!!!!
