I Love ❤ufe0f My New Home! New Horizons is the Best Mobile Home & RV Park in Fresno, Guaranteed! I have the Best Manager, and the Friendliest Neighbors too. It's a nice and quiet Park with a Huge Swimming Pool, Horse ud83dudc34 Shoe Pits, even a Recreation Room and all at a Reasonable Price! I Highly Recommend it...

One year ago today, we arrived at New Horizons Mobile RV Park and stayed for 6 months while working in travel therapy. We had a wonderful experience! The Manager was awesome and really works hard to keep the park clean and safe for all the residents. We were very fortunate to have the best site in the park with a huge avocado tree that provided shade, amaryllis flowers right off the patio, and a private little yard! The honeysuckle bush and roses were in full bloom and smelled heavenly! We never had any issues and will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again! Fresno is close to 3 National Parks - Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia. It’s a wonderful location with lots to do!

The park is much better than before. But when I visited a friend there. There was no swimmable pool. Bad amenities. Such as old stuff. The front is much better they seem to only let newer fifth wheels. And trailers. Park up front where they can be seen. In the back of the park is another story. There are permanent mobile homes back there. Some which should be condemned if they were a apartment or house. The second to the back row is not as bad as the complete back row. there is one back there that my friend lives in he plants flowers and tries to keep the yard cleaned up his elderly father lives there also. And really likes it. But as for my friend he is not happy with it. People back there have to use surveillance systems if they can afford them. To stay safe. I think if the owners of the park would implement things such as calling CPS on people who are living in substandard trailers with children. And check on elderly people to make sure they're being taken care of. And have your own cameras throughout the whole park. You wld be able to get unwanted or unevictable out. There is on or two inn the far back row that are super bad. So owners make calls do the footwork there are always ways to get bad people out. Update your cameras amazon has cheap set ups for large areas . Spend some money. I know the monthly permanent residents supposedly pay over $400 a month just for their lot fee. That does not include the trailer payment if you have one. And by the way some of the ones in the back row look they should not have payments if they do omg .
