An okay place, had a family member live here since the late 60's. Good security, and not loud. No parking since the residence take up the guest parking and you can't park on the street cause no room. Also they seem to have a constant roach issue occuring through out the park

The best place in town, lived here 26 yr's.... It's like another country, it's quite & there isn't allot of stragglers going through my thrash cans... I can leave my car unlocked in my driveway for the most part, an my front door too.... It's flat pretty safe here, that's way I say it's like another country...nBut please don't send the Zombies, we're doing fine here without them......nThank You....

Great place to live and reasonable rent. The trailers are spacious and comfortable and management is very good.

Very rude people to deal with. But it's okay because moved into a 2 story home
