This is my first experience in this type of home setting. I must say I'm impressed that a trailer or these type of homes are comfy and habitable but only for a.couple of years. Like I cannot fathom the thought of more than that because it's a mobile home not a static don't move he and it's somewhat limited to what u can do with it.nThis place is actually pretty cool like unsaid my first time experiencing this type of living and it's pretty cool so far and I must say....so far the stereotypes I've seen parodied on TV are true. Again the cool thing is that they.come in spurts, so it's not overwhelming and along with coming in sprits the police are usually in tow not too far behind the drama. Makes for interesting Friday night fun since clubbing or bars are not open.nnI like this place it has a park bb court baseball field laundry services and everyone seems friendly so far, they are pretty good about watching out for each other and their property.nnOn a side note there is i think two of.those skinny tiny homes that actually have people living in them. It's really cool no bigger than a standard hallway at home...nnI give this a.3 star because I just moved here so let's revisit in another.3 months.

Nice place to live and well maintained. It's quiet during the day and night for the most part. There are a lot of families. Considering the bad location, the neighborhood itself is a pretty safe place to live. The only issue I have noticed is sometimes there will be a homeless person or two wandering around late at night. I would strongly consider on-site security from 11pm-7am to alleviate this issue, or at least security patrols. Other than that, I would recommend.nnUpdate: it's been a total of 3 months since I moved in. I still feel the exact same way. Great place to live considering the area. Well maintained and quiet at night. Also, I've seen a security guard by the office in the day time which is nice. But I only see security patrolling in cars here and there at night. Not sure on the situation but we should have an on-site security guard 24/7 or at least overnights.

It Would Be Nice To Live There! Hopefully Someday I Can Run Into A Double-Wide For Sale, Buy It & Live There! They Have Everything & Are Very Clean & Protective Of Their Tenants & That's A Good Thing!!!!
