Overall my experience has been decent. I tried returning some items that I had ordered during the shelter in place and the manager that I spoke to said that I couldn’t return the items even though I explained to her that they were closed for an entire month and that the timeframe for returning the items wasn’t up yet. Not only did she insist but she was rude about it. I decided to try again a couple days later and the cashier was so nice and allowed me to return all of the items. I didn’t ask for her name but she was amazing(she had a rhinestone mask on). Moral of the story; never give up lol.

Although I love this place for having adorable plus size clothes. The air was out & it was horrible in there. I felt so bad for the employees as they said it's been over a week. That's unacceptable! I really hope that the air was fixed. The least you could of did was bring in fans or offered a discount to those suffocating. I wanted to give less stars but I don't hate it. Just disappointed.

This store has gone down! It used to be cute and clean with good music. Now the quality of clothing is lacking and its always messy. Miss the racks and racks of jewelry too.
