Great service by Joe & Mike. Purchased my bride's ring 20yrs ago in Stockton, still have my original receipt, and the lady that helped me in 2000 was the same that helped us in Fresno Oct. 2020! Longtime employee is a good sign.

My sister and I were in this weekend interested in purchasing two Bulova watches. However, after standing by the display for about 4 minutes not one employee approached us nor asked us to wait. There were two ladies at the counter gossiping, who I made I eye contact with and they simply looked away. I felt very discriminated and will definitely not be returning here.
