The staff at the Fresno fashion fair mall location was extremely helpful. They provided a team work of support on the busiest time of the year (a week before Christmas). After all the shopping around for what I was looking for I came to Daniel’s Jewelrs for their custom work on laser engraving but they also were helpful enough to find the jewelry that would work best for what I was looking for. After picking out what I wanted, Aram who does all the engraving, was super patient with me and did a great job in communicating with me on what I was wanting and made sure I got exactly what I invision. He also made sure he expedited it so that I would have it done before Christmas. Definitely five stars for Aram and his work.

Went by with my service animal to look for a couple of things to go along with my chains and was ignored by the people that were there and the whole experience went as far as one of the employees kept making noises at my service animal distracting it from its job. I just walked out without a word. Wont be shopping here ever again.
