Right away when I entered the store I was greeted by Michael Suarez. He assist me with my purchase with outstanding customer service. He Made me feel comfortable and didn’t pressure me on buying. If you guys ever stop by the store make sure to ask for him.

My wife and I were shopping around for an engagement ring and she was very specific about the ring she wanted. Thankful Michael was very informed about rings unlike me and was able to guide her to the ring she wanted. He was very patient and kind. The financing was so simple and they were willing to meet me in the middle in regards to payments and how much down they needed. Thanks

Came in there expecting not to get approved for anything because of my credit history. I was so surprised. Not only did they approve me in like 15 minutes,they also approved me with nothing down. I almost thought they had given me the wrong limit on accident. I bought my girlfriend a promise ring at a good price and they offer a lifetime upgrade with the ring retaining the same value when I decide to upgrade. Was recommended here by a friend and I will recommend everyone I know here. Staff was extremely friendly. Overall an amazing experience.

Came in recently to pick up some jewelry for the Mrs. They had a pretty good selection and the staff was extremely helpful. Michael was kind, knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. Needless to say the Mrs was even happier.

I came in looking for a specific necklace which prestigio did not carry and I was about to leave when a staff member, Michael took the time to hear what I needed and offered to show me alternatives. I was not too open to seeing other pieces but Michael was persuasive and attentive and ended up showing me various necklaces that I ended up liking. I ended up buying one and I absolutely love it! I appreciate Michael’s customer service skills, knowledge and demeanor.
