I came into The Showroom to have my rings sized and necklace adjusted and was greeted by Cheryl. She was so nice and helped me in every way possible! As she was checking on the time and amount for me I couldn't help but to look at all the beautiful jewelry. Clarice asked me if I'd like to look at anything and I said I'd like some earrings. She was also so nice and very helpful. I picked out a beautiful pair of diamond earrings with her help. Cheryl and Clarice are two of the nicest people you could ever want to help you!nI've been coming here for 20+ years and never once have had a bad experience with anyone here. Steve the owner went out of his way many years ago to help me with a jewelry issue I had and was very nice! Anytime you need jewelry to purchase or have repaired this is the ONLY place to go! Fair prices and beautiful items along with lovely and very helpful staff! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!
I was greeted immediately and offered assistance by Cheryl. She was patient and kind helping me pick necklace for my daughter and my self. Great experience
My wife and I went today not sure or undecided of what to purchase but then we met Natalie and Diana. They were such a sweet team! Had a lot of patience with my wife and showed us many pieces of jewelry. The experience was so pleasant considering these times. My wife and I were so grateful for such wonderful customer service that she insisted we go back ASAP. The knowledge, honesty and humor that Diana displayed was a hit!. Thank you ladies you rock!.We will be returning for more.
This place always has nice items. Cheryl assisted me today & she was very courteous and very informed about my purchase. I like the atmosphere and the staff is always so pleasant.
